Making Life Manageable.

28 Jan

Bunky Lundberg broke it down for us today; at least when it comes to tackling the often-overwhelming task of organizing our homes and lives!  As a Professional Organizer and owner of Chaos Cancelled, she certainly knows how to help “Break it Down and Make Life Manageable”.

One of her suggestions to purge items that we no longer need or use prompted the idea of a MomTime clothes/toy swap at some point in the future… stay tuned!  If you want to start your purge now, you can donate baby gear to Weecycle.  They don’t accept baby clothes, however.  Another place to donate goods is The Gathering Place, especially strollers, sippy cups, diapers and wipes.

A quick shout-out to our new member, Jen Silverstein, who is working on getting her life back after spending 40 days in the hospital last fall.  Her positive attitude and openness touched many of us today.  I’ll leave you with the poignant question she posed during the devotional: What would you do with your second chance?
