Recipe share – Smoothie.

Green Monster Smoothie

1 cup water
1 cup freshly ground flaxseeds (rich source of Omega 3 fats and lignans which are anti-viral)
1 cup plant milk (soy, almond, etc.)
1 scoop whole food meal replacement powder (I use Juice Plus+ Complete)
1 banana (frozen is great!)
1 handful fresh, raw greens (spinach, kale or chard)
Optional Milk Thistle (you can get at the health food store–will detox your liver cleaning up age spots, freckles and fine lines)

Blend and enjoy!
