Recipe Share – Breakfast Casserole.

Slow Cooker Breakfast Casserole

2 reduced-fat breakfast sausage
2 pkg of Simply Potatoes hash browns
2-3 cups of shredded cheese
12 eggs lightly beaten
1 cup milk
Salt
Pepper
1tsp dry mustard

Cook sausage until brown and pat dry with paper towels.   Spray slow cooker with Pam and place hash browns along the bottom.  Next layer the browned sausage. Sprinkle with cheese.  Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour over the cheese.

(You can make this ahead and keep in fridge in morning). Cover and cook on low for 4.5-5 hours or until set.  Uncover and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
