Recipe Challenge – Chinese Cuisine.

The idea for the Recipe Challenge is for you to make the posted recipe and then report back at our next MomTime meeting or via comments on the blog letting everyone know how it turned out for you, how you tweaked it for your tastes, etc.  If you have a favorite recipe to share with the group, please send it to Miriam.  We hope you enjoy trying some new recipes!

Thanks to our visit from Relish! we are sharing one of their favorite slow cooker recipes.  It’s a personal favorite of MomTime member, Jen Allison, too.  These mu shu wraps are a great way to celebrate the Chinese New Year at home.

    Am I the first to leave a comment?! So we loved this meal. I added shredded carrots to the cabbage! Thank you for suggesting this meal!
