Fall Kick-Off this Friday.

5 Sep

Join us for the fall kick-off for MomTime @ Montview!

Our first meeting of the fall session will be, “Adventures with Kids: Traveling the World with Your Family.” We will be hosting several travel-wise mamas who have taken up to one year to travel with their families… their stories and itineraries all differ, but they share a sense of adventure, a commitment to intentional family time and a desire to teach their kids about people and cultures around the world.

This will be a fun session where we will think and talk about possibilities for the future. While globe-trotting may seem like a longshot, our discussion will offer lots of food for thought for your own family adventures– near or far, long or short.  Planning a big trip with little people takes dreaming, creativity, and time to plan… So, why not start now?!

If you have not yet registered, please sign up online: http://www.jotform.us/mirmo/momtimeregistration

Sandy Prouty, Montview’s Minister of Children & Families, will open our session with a reflection. Breakfast will be provided by MomTime members Kathy, Leah, Miriam, Linda, Chris, and Jen – we’ll have egg dishes, baked goods, fruit, and coffee, plus snacks for the childcare room.

Please RSVP on the Evite and note whether you will need childcare.  Having enough childcare staff onsite ensures a better experience for the kids!  If you have not received the Evite, please contact Leah Oliver: leahcnoliver@yahoo.com.

Looking forward to reconnecting with good friends and meeting new ones!  See you on Friday at 9:15… and invite a friend!
