Holiday Bake Sale 2013.

19 Nov

It’s that time of year again for our Holiday Bake Sale!  Proceeds will be split between MomTime scholarships and our service project, The Greater Park Hill Community Food Pantry.

The winter bake sale is always a huge hit at Montview, so we need lots of baked goods.  Even if you are not a baker, you can still contribute baked goods by asking your baking friend or mother-in-law to whip up some goodies for us.  Or you can buy store-bought cookies and repackage them in festive treat bags.  Christmas cookies of any kind –madeleines, macaroons, spritz, shortbread, thumbprint, gingerbread, sugar, oatmeal, chocolate chip, peanut butter, crinkles, etc– are always a huge hit.  We also sell lots of brownies, breads, gluten free desserts, peanut butter goodies, chocolate, candy, etc.  Anything with cute packaging always sells the fastest since many members like to buy things to give as gifts.

We need a few volunteers to work the sale so please sign up if you are available. You can drop your goodies off at Haley’s house in Stapleton, bring them to the Mugges’ house on December 7th (MomTime Christmas party), or bring them to Montview by 9am on December 8th.

Please sign up using this link:

You can direct questions to Haley who is coordinating the bake sale.  Thank you so much for baking something for the bake sale!
