Ideal Life JumpStart.

Stacey Vicari of Ideal Life guided us through an introduction to her life coaching approach.  She asked poignant questions and noted the importance of approaching problems from a positive mindset rather than being mired in negativity.

Some questions to ponder:

1. What do you want your life to look like?
2. What do you dream of doing or having?
3. What makes you feel passionate?
4. Who do YOU want to be?
5. How do you want your relationships to look and feel?
6. What is standing in the way of you achieving you goals and dreams?
7. What fears or insecurities do you have that prevent you from obtaining them?
8. What beliefs and attitudes do you have that limit you?
9. Who in your life presents a challenge to you in fulfilling your goals?

Stacey also asked us to draw our own “Wheel of Life” diagrams.  Each segment is labeled with something that is important in your life – work, children, marriage, faith, self, etc.  Ideally you would give yourself to each thing equally, but we all know that the reality is that some areas receive more attention than others.  The goal of a life coach is to help you find balance in your life.
